We are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to the people we serve in whatever setting is clinically and appropriately determined. We believe that the people who receive our services are valuable to our community and, therefore, deserve our respect and assistance. We believe our medical staff, psychologists, therapists, social workers, and case managers are highly trained professionals working to meet the individual needs of each person. We believe in multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to the needs of each person. Through our commitment to quality, the staff of Potomac Highlands Guild, Inc. seeks to meet our agency's values of being effective, efficient, ethical and above all caring.

Our Mission

The Potomac Highlands Guild aspires to provide a standard of excellence in behavioral health, addiction treatment, and community support programs that will enhance the quality of life, as well as inspire and empower individuals to develop hope and direction in a supportive, caring, and compassionate environment.
The Potomac Highlands Guild is committed to promoting understanding and education within the community and collaborating with other agencies to provide the best possible services and resources to our consumers residing in the eastern West Virginia counties of Pendleton, Hampshire, Mineral, Hardy, and Grant.

Consumer records or information will not be released except:
1. By order of any court of law
2. To protect against clear danger
3. To Guild staff for clinical supervision
4. To State Health Department for licensing purposes
All other disclosures must have the consumer's written consent.
