Our MissionThe Potomac Highlands Substance Abuse Prevention Program is a collaborative effort to bring evidence-based substance abuse prevention services and
activities to Grant, Hardy, Pendleton, Hampshire,and Mineral Counties and in collaboration with Morgan, Berkeley and Jefferson Counties. It is our desire to see members of each community come together to bring awareness and prevention efforts to the youth of our communities so that they are adequately equipped to make less destructive decisions for their lives. OverviewWe are established to see a change in our communities against this fight with substance abuse. It is not isolated to a certain substance, but substance abuse as a whole; tobacco, alcohol, Rx drugs and street drugs. We aim to see the youth of communities make better life choices that will ultimately save their lives!
