PHG is looking to hire a Community Engagement Specialist to serve adult consumers diagnosed with a severe and persistent mental illness, substance abuse, or co-occurring disorder. This position may work with adults having a developmental disability on an as needed basis. The job will include initial screenings and assessments, intakes, counseling, and case management. A bachelor’s degree in a human service related field is required. Driver’s License required. Excellent benefit package.
