​Full-time position providing health education, medical monitoring for physical symptoms of illness and medication administration at residential sites and in the community for people with a mental illness and developmental disabilities. The nurse will participate in the interdisciplinary team process for each customer assigned. Other responsibilities include: Nursing assessments/evaluations, medication administration, consultation, writing of verbal and phone orders from a physician, the writing of nursing care plans and knowledge of the common MR/DD Waiver Nursing Duties. Education: Current valid WV nursing license.
