PHG is looking to hire an Intake worker to complete assessments for services, including but not limited to: psychological/social history, questioning, diagnostic impressions, recommendations, therapy, medical services, psychological services, and community engagement services. Requirements include: must be 21 years or older with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a human services field. Previous work experience in behavioral health preferred. Excellent benefit package.
