Full-time position maintaining consumer financial data within electronic medical record database, completing administrative intakes, prior authorizations, coordinating fee collections, presumptive eligibility, quantitative chart reviews and assessment of third-party payor coverage. Must also be familiar with the Office Manager’s position for back-up coverage. Must have excellent customer service skills, communication skills, organization skills, and be able to multi-task.
